I made this starting off with a circle of cardboard, I used a roll of duct tape to draw around and give me the size I wanted for the circle. I then glued strips of newspaper to the topside of the base. Next I cut out a smaller circle, and I stapled the one end of the elastic to either opposite sides of this smaller circle. I then glued this to the underside of the base, after it dried I glued a similarly sized circle of felt over the smaller circle to cover it up.
I glued the black rose and some black leaves on the base, and then tried to glue a rubber tarantula beside it, but it didn't really work so I tried the skull, a cheap Halloween decoration that I bought in a bag of plastic bones. Then voila, wear it out and show your spooky side!
