About

I'm a sophomore in college who lives in Michigan. I love to craft, especially anything with glitter! I'd really like to be a costume designer one day. I have three wonderful kitties (Tux, Coons, and Cuddles.) My favorite kind of crafting making things that I can wear or use. I am very much intrigued when I can learn how to do a craft in a historically accurate manner. My least favorite kinds of crafts to do are ones where you have to do something repetitively for long amounts of time, like crocheting or knitting.

I also like all things related to:
PURPLE
GLITTER
DAMASK
CAPS LOCK
ALEX, THE BOYFRIEND
MCFLY
HOUNDSTOOTH
MUSE
DANCE (Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Pointe, Lyrical, and Broadway Happy )
PHANTOM OF THE OPERA
MOULIN ROUGE
LES MISERABLES
THE FLUTE AND PICCOLO
GLITTER (Especially this one!)
MENTAL_FLOSS
COSTUMES
BLACK&WHITE
NEW FRIENDS!
GLITTER

*To be continued.

I've participated in the NEWBIE VS. VET SWAP with Christina T. She was fabulous!
I was truly blessed with EssexDebs in the INCHIES SWAP!
The DESTASH SWAP with Pammerz actually turned out to be with Sally M. AND Kimmi AND Dragonfly. Thank you SOOOO much!

The Happy Gram Swap is a continual going on!

Sorry for the late reply, I just noticed your comment! Which cookie recipe did I send you? Was it the Almond Cookies? Those are super yummy! Probably my personal fav. The first time I made them my father in law ate almost all of them. I like to use silvered almonds for the topping but a whole almond works just as well.

Also you are welcome for the earrings. Happy

I think the only thing you can do when a tsunami is coming is to get to higher ground. Thats what we've been told anyway. I think that kids probally do have drill for those kinds of things, because I know they use schools as shelters if you do have to evacuate.

Thanks for the concern <3 We doing good in Hawaii. All the waves that have hit have been 5ft or under. They've been keeping the beaches/roads clear, and are still watching the waves. Hopefully we dont get any big ones, but I live in the very middle of the island, so no worries for me (knock on wood) Thanks again! I'll keep you posted Happy

Lol I hate it when it accidentally comments multiple times.. Yeah, lately I've actually had time to make things more. One of my goals for this year is to have at least one of my projects featured. =]

I'm also actually terrible at saving, but I started leaving my bank cards at home, so I'd only have the bit of money in my purse to spend for the entire month

I definitely had more friends in England than I have here in South Africa, but not many of those friends are still friends. I only have 4 people who I'd consider my friends here, including my boyfriend. In England I was friends with almost everyone at school, but I'm still friends with 6 of them, even though I haven't seen them all in four years (the last time I was able to visit). I'm seeing my best friend in July though, I saved up for two years to visit her for almost a month, I can't wait

Well South Africa is extremely hot compared to England, which is annoying because I can't stand heat. It's also really dry in my area, except for the floods that we had now with the rest of the southern hemisphere, in England everything is green in the countryside and it's really beautiful. There's also more crime here than there was in England when I still lived there, although I'm not sure it's still like that. I really miss England but I love it here too, it's not like most people think it is. We don't live in mud houses like the rest of the world thinks we do, lol. We have all the same facilities and everything as other places.

Yeah I think I'm probably one of the most active members on the boards, I love making new friends on here. Where abouts are you from? It doesn't show on your profile

Yey! I'm glad you loved it! Great job on the s&e, even if you didnt get a 1 on both. I know how stressful those things can be. I played violin and piano in high school and city orchestra. So I feel your pain there, lol. Keep it up girl! <3
