Step 1 - Gather tool and clay your choice of color

Step 2 - You will use your base color and create a ball and small round sorta like you would use for a bead as the body.

Step 3 - Cut a small piece of you wire this will be used as a support.

Step 4 - Insert the wire threw the body and head.

Step 5 - Using your cover color now you will roll out small string like sections I recommend doing this in sections trying to cover the whole piece at one can be cumbersome and difficult beside we all need a potty break!

Step 6 - Start with first section of cover color and start a coil around the piece, I recommend to start at the bottom and work you way to the head starting the other way can be hard to finding the center.

Continue creating strings and wrapping around the piece all the way up, Dont worry about evenness this helps to add to the crochet look

When finished you piece should look this way.

Step 7 - Using your sculpey tool make small arms to add.

I like to give them a little poke at the attach point to make it stick

At this step you will also use the last of your cover color to create small legs and attach them.

Step 8 - Using you last color You will roll even smaller strings to create the stitches

Apply stitches there is no rhyme or reason for any specifics just how creepy you want it to look

And finally using the directions of clay cook in the oven and add to you favorite jewlery.
