Necessary for Survival
I've always wanted a tutu..... And they're so expensive, so I just decided to make my own. ^.^ Having NO MONEY WHATSOEVER to go and buy tulle(the fabric usually used for tutus), I hit up...my sisters dress up box instead. :D I'm sure she'll be ecstatic when she finds out.I luckily found a couple of mini tutus that I couldve worn for hats..and cut them up, tied them to some elastic that fit my waist, and mwahahaha!!! THUS, THE TUTU WAS BORN.
