Step 1Soak the fruit in the tea overnight.

Step 2Heat oven 160 degrees.
Add the eggs & the sugar to the fruit mixture.
Stir through.

Step 3Add the flour.
Stir through.

Step 4Pour into a tin.
Bake for 40-50 mins until cooked through.
