You must soak the fruit overnight.
You can use a loaf tin to make this fruit cake.
Soak the fruit in the tea overnight.
Heat oven 160 degrees.
Add the eggs & the sugar to the fruit mixture.
Add the flour.
Pour into a tin.
Bake for 40-50 mins until cooked through.
Cut & serve.
