Tank Girl Bullseye Tee

The classic tee from the Tank Girl movie and comics!
I decided to do a more true to the comic book version of Tank Girl for Halloween this year, so here ya go! I found the original how-to on this site. I also added "Ripper" ears to my hat..but didn't take photos for a step-by-step [but I'll post a shot, none the less].

All told, this project cost me about $7 total :)
