Quick fix for a better fit
My mom made this shirt in the 70s or 80s. It has puffy sleeves, a peter pan collar, and pleats along the front.
I took the sides and sleeves in. I added darts near the armpits for a better fit. I also brought the sleeves in closer to the neckline.
