You Will Need
Chicken
Chicken Breast
Cubed
3 eggs
1\2 cup
Plain Flour
1 1/3 cup
Corn Flour
1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp
Salt
1/4 tsp
Pepper
1/4 tsp
Ginger
1/4 tsp
Onion Powder
Sauce
1/2 cup
Pineapple Juice
1 cup
Red Wine Vinegar
1 1/2 cup
Sugar
6 tbsp
Ketchup
1
Onion(s)
Chopped
2 tbsp Soya
Sauce
4 cloves
Garlic
Minced
1 tsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
Pepper Flakes
1/2 tsp
Ginger
Veg
Green Pepper
Carrot
Pineapples
Yellow
Pepper
Oil

Step 1Place all sauce ingredients into a pan.
Stir together & bring to a boil.
Simmer for 5 mins.

Step 2Heat oven 175 degrees.
Whisk the eggs together in a bowl.
Coat the chicken in egg.
Mix remaining ingredients together in a bag.

Step 3Coat the chicken in the flour mixture.

Step 4Heat some oil.
Fry the chicken in the oil until browned on all sides.

Step 5Place Into a dish.

Step 6coat veg in the remaining flour mixture.
Fry for approximately 5 mins.
Add to the chicken.

Step 7Add the pineapple.

Step 8Pour over the sauce.
Bake for 50 mins.

Step 9Serve with boiled rice.
