  Step 1

  Grab a tee and a pair of scissors and get ready to shred!

• 

  Step 2

  Begin by cutting a straight line from armpit seam to armpit seam.

• 

  Step 3

  Here's a look at your first slit.

• 

  Step 4

  Continue cutting straight across. No need to be neat...the messier the sexier!

• 

  Step 5

  Once your tee is all slashed up, cut a few little holes here and there for an extra umph!

• 

  Step 6

  Haute!!!

  Step 7

Actually, we just slashed the back of the tee... she's holding a tee shirt scarf which we made out of another white tee! So easy and fun!

You can see in the picture from the magazine that she is holding the pieces which she cut out of the shirt, and the slits have squared off sides which means she probably cut rectangles instead of just the slashes so material could be removed creating the slashed effect. I like the idea though
