Really cute little thing to make as gifts for people, i'm sure there are better stitch's and everything but I'm quite basic with my sowing skills.
I'm sure most people will do it under 2 hours I'm just very slow!
Draw a heart or print out a heard shape. double over your fabric and pin it to the heart shape.
Cut out the 2 shapes, they should look something like this.
pin the 2 hearts together the colour of the pattern facing each other. And start sowing around the corners! i think the sticth is called the overcast stitch but I'm not 100 % sure!
I'm not too sure how to explain how to attach the ribbon but hopefully the picture helps!
This is what it looks like up close just after i had sown the ribbon. (the camera wouldn't focus that well.
sow it all up except one bit of one side and then turn it the right way out.
This is what it should look like!
Add in the stuffing. I use stuffing that was in a mac donalds toy!
so then you have this gapping hole so time to stitch it up!
fold in the 2 sides so it's as clean as possible the sow it all up. I forgot to show the buttons but you basically get 2 matching buttons and well sow them on!
Then your done!
Hope this helped! =]
