Fun bookmarks made from formica chip samples

I was browsing through my local home improvements store and came upon the formica countertop chip samples. Looking them over, I thought I could easily make something useful and unique, so I came up with these bookmarks. Decoupaged with pages from children's storybooks and satin ribbon attached, these make great gifts for all book lovers alike!

    Thanks for the comments all! I've also made them into Christmas ornaments--just use Christmas papers and wire ribbon instead of satin! ;-}
