I spend my days helping children in tough situations. I spend my nights working on a myriad of projects. My home is full of craftiness, books, music, art, and love. I have a wonderful husband and four furbabies: Siku & Jack (cats)/Sweetie Pie & Brownie (guinea pigs). And we are now expecting a little boy (human)! :D

I will make almost anything. I enjoy Lomography, Knitting, Mixed-Media, Decoupage, Latch-Hook Rugs, and Sculpture. I would like to learn more about Book-Binding, Encaustics, Fabric Arts, and Alternative Photography. I enjoy the Goth, Steampunk, and Hippie sub-cultures. My favorite musician is Zim Zum. I would love to go back in time to talk to Leonardo DaVinci. I have a taste for the 20's and 50's, and a fascination with old horror films (think Vincent Price) & Musicals. I love poetry. My favorite poets are Edgar Allan Poe, Sylvia Plath, and Robert Frost. I graduated with a degree in Humanities from an amazing school called Shimer College.
