Spicy Potatoes
A nice spicy change to ordinary plain potatoes.
Just takes a few extra steps to make the potatoes into a nice, spicy accompaniment to dinner or just a snack.

You Will Need

Step 1Peel, cut & boil the potatoes for 10 mins.
They should be just soft but not breaking up.

Step 2Drain the potatoes.
Add the oil & spices to the pot & cook out for a minute or so.
Toss the potatoes in the spice mixture.

Step 3Heat oven Gas 7.
Pour onto a baking tray & cook in the oven until potatoes are crisp.
