from bland to BAM!
i had an old shelve in my room that i wanted to decorate so i glued some fabric to the shelves and added two olf belts that i never use.

    get a new or used shelve & gather all of your materials

    take your tape measure & measure the shelve then your fabric

    Step 3

    then take your scissors & cut out 5 rectangles

    next grab your "tacky glue & rub it on the fabric

    now place each piece of fabric on each shelve

    now grab your old belts & add duct tape to the back

    Fold the tape so it will fit

    Step 8

    now stick the belts to the side & your done :-)
