These take a bit of time to prepare all the parts but you can make in advance & reheat.

Step 1Crepes...
Mix together the flour & salt.

Step 2Add oil, eggs & 50 ml of milk.
Stir to form a thick batter.

Step 3Slowly add the remaining milk until a thin, smooth batter is formed.

Step 4Fry Crepes in oil & store until needed.

Step 5Filling...
Cook chicken, onion, garlic, herbs & stock.
Shred the chicken.

Step 6Add 3/4 of the bechamel sauce.
Stir through.

Step 7Fill the crepes with the chicken mixture.
Roll up.

Step 8place into a dish.

Step 9Top with the remaining bechamel & top with cheese.

Step 10Grill until cheese is golden or reheat in the oven 200/400 degrees for 20 mins.
Serve.
