Savoury Chicken Crepes
These take a bit of time to prepare all the parts but you can make in advance & reheat.
Mix together the flour & salt.
Add oil, eggs & 50 ml of milk.
Stir to form a thick batter.
Slowly add the remaining milk until a thin, smooth batter is formed.
Fry Crepes in oil & store until needed.
Cook chicken, onion, garlic, herbs & stock.
Shred the chicken.
Add 3/4 of the bechamel sauce.
Fill the crepes with the chicken mixture.
place into a dish.
Top with the remaining bechamel & top with cheese.
Grill until cheese is golden or reheat in the oven 200/400 degrees for 20 mins.
