I took a pair of moccasins that were falled apart and updated them!
I.....
1. Washed them and let them air dry.
2. Pulled out there leather strings.
3. Re-threaded them with ribbon and knotted the ribbon at the front of the shoe and hot glued it down flat to the shoe.
4.Glued the cupcake patch over the glued down knot!
5. Push stones through the patch, or put them where else you want.

I really want to make more shoes like this, everyone asks where I got them and I love being able to say that I made them!
