A delicious and healthy raw cheesecake without cruelty!
I went vegan one month ago as a challenge and now I could not imagine going back! My mum's birthday was a few days ago and I decided that I would do a raw vegan birthday-cake for her, but also so that I had something to eat when we celebrated her and to show others how wonderful vegan food can be. It did not become as perfect as the original recipe, as I only had a hand-mixer. However it still tasted amazing and everyone complimented it!
