This is my favourite ice cream.
You need an ice cream machine with this recipe.
It is pretty easy to make.

You Will Need

Step 1To make the ice cream...
Whisk eggs & sugar together until pale.

Step 2Add the cream & whisk together.

Step 3Add the milk & vanilla.
Whisk together.

Step 4Pour into an ice cream machine & churn until ready.

Step 5Make the pralines...
Toast the pecans & salt in a pan.

Step 6In another pan heat the water & sugar.

Step 7Once sugar mixture has turned light, golden colour, add the nuts & stir to coat.

Step 8Pour on to a tray & leave to cool.

Step 9Make the sauce...
Place all ingredients into pan & heat gently until thickened.

Step 10Break the pralines up & bash with a rolling pin until broken down.

Step 11When ice cream is ready, add the praline & sauce & stir through.
