I had all of my plastic bags inside other plastic bags which just made for crappy storage and a big mess. Not to mention my kitty likes to get into them always! So, I decided to make a bag holder to hang off of my bed. My bed is lofted and my cat cannot easily get to them. Super Simple Project. Simply make a cylinder out of fabric and sew. Sew the top and bottom like you would a waist line that is meant to hold elastic. Make sure the openings are scrunchie enough so the bags wont fall out. Then attach some kind of handle. Mine is a loop of fabric. And poof! Done.
