Step 1Heat oven 350/180 degrees.
Mix flour & baking powder together.

Step 2Cut in butter.
Rub in until resemble breadcrumbs.
Add 1 egg & milk.
Bring together.

Step 3Press into a tray.

Step 4Spread pineapple over the top.

Step 5In a bowl combine egg, melted butter, coconut, vanilla, cinnamon & sugar.

Step 6Spread over the pineapple.
Bake for 40 mins until golden brown.
Allow to cool.

Step 7Sprinkle with icing sugar.
Cut & serve
