Pineapple & Coconut Pie
Easy to make.
Heat oven 350/180 degrees.
Mix flour & baking powder together.
Cut in butter.
Rub in until resemble breadcrumbs.
Add 1 egg & milk.
Press into a tray.
Spread pineapple over the top.
In a bowl combine egg, melted butter, coconut, vanilla, cinnamon & sugar.
Spread over the pineapple.
Bake for 40 mins until golden brown.
Allow to cool.
Sprinkle with icing sugar.
Cut & serve
