Step 1Scavenge your materials!
You can use any spare cup as your base. -
Step 2Measure the circumference of your cup. If it is slanted going down, keep that in mind.

Step 3Choose your ribbon and cut them the size of your cup.

Step 4Hot glue your ribbon onto your cup in your preferred order.

Step 5Glue an applique onto the cup with ribbons intact.

Step 6Add a bow on to (optional)

Step 7Et fini! This is my end product. Sorry for yet another blurry picture.
