    Scavenge your materials!
    You can use any spare cup as your base.

    Measure the circumference of your cup. If it is slanted going down, keep that in mind.

    Choose your ribbon and cut them the size of your cup.

    Hot glue your ribbon onto your cup in your preferred order.

    Glue an applique onto the cup with ribbons intact.
