I made this paper mache bowl in my art class and it took a week to create :D

Step 1
Directions:
mix water and flour evenly
inflated the baloon
draw a mark on the baloon what high you want you bowl to be
strip layers of newspaper about 2 inches or smaler long
dip the strips into the mixture and place on balloon till baloon is covered with its first layer
let dry for an hour or two
create another later and leve to dry
create the base with a small styrofoam bowl by taping the bowl face up on the oposit end of the opening of the balloon making shure that it sets flat befor you tape it down
Repeat layering the baloon with newspsper until the mould is covered with paper to about the depth of 1 - 2 cm
when you have finished layring the balloon you pop the baloon inside and let the balloon unstick from the inside of the papermache bowl
gently pull out the baloon
hear comes the creative part; paint the bowl with a base coat, this may take 2 laters. then let fully dry before you add enny detailed work or other color
and your finished :D
