I went to Home Depot to get paint samples in many different colors. I chose colors that went with my bedroom.
The pictures I bought at the dollar store were the ones that had a wooden type backing.
After cutting the papers to match the size of the dollar store pictures I punched different circle shapes out of the paint samples.
Then I placed my circles in a design I liked best and then glued them together and then onto the paper.
