take a sandwitch bag and use something to make a perfect circle and trece it on the sandwitch bag. then cut on the line to create two circles

then take paint and put it on one circle. then take the other circle and put it ontop of the wet paint. and alighn the cicles evenly to give it a floating paint look :D
