Step 1Heat oven 350/175 degrees.
Mix together flour, oats, baking powder, bicarb, salt & cinnamon.
Set aside.

Step 2Mix together oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla & yogurt.

Step 3Combine wet & dry ingredients together.

Step 4Fold in the chocolate chips.

Step 5Spoon into cases.

Step 6Mix together all Strudel ingredients.

Step 7Top the cases with the Strudel.
Bake for 15-18 mins.
