I re-made a bargain necklace from modern to elegant.
This necklace was on clearance for $2, so I took it home and decided it was too modern for me. I took it apart, and after some fussing, decided on this new layout. The earrings remain unchanged for now. Why go to all the trouble of recycling a cheap necklace? Because you can't get all these jewelry findings, charms, and chain for $2 at the craft store!
