Here are some similar tutorials to help you make this one!
To do the wings i just shaped some wire into the right shape. At the end of the wire i shaped hooks and pushed them into the body so that they couldnt come out again.
Then i took my white material and stitched it onto the wire. I also glued the material onto the wire beforehand to keep it steady.
It took ages and was quite annoying, but im sure there must be an easier method!
