First, make a full coat of white. Let it dry.

Put some tape to section off diagonally.

Paint the free-tape nail using your contrast polish.

Let it dry and remove the tape.

Dip the rubber part of your bobby pin (you can use a dotting tool if you have it). That's all :D What do you think?
