for a fairy wannabe
i got a dress in tempest in the sale and decided to turn it into a fairy costume, i stuck stars on the bodice, used tulle fabric on bodice and then tied bunches of ribbon together to go round middle of dress, this is how i imagine a moon fairy would dress.
