I love crazy headbands, especially when I am too lazy to update my purple! The pics aren't great but this is ridiculously simple so it shouldn't matter.

You Will Need

Step 1This step can be skipped if your headband is already the desired color. If it isn't, get some ribbon that is the right color and just wrap it around gluing (with a hot glue gun) it to the headband as you go.

Step 2Now all you have to do is tie the tulle to the headband. I double knotted mine.

Step 3I tied them very close together and tied the topmost one kind over the top of the one next to it. Some pieces were long so I trimmed those to whatever length made me happy.

Step 4And your done! And this tutorial was probably longer than it needed to be :-P
