This was really easy to do...i took a large sheet of my scrapbooking paper and cut them into strips and cut those strips in half and folded them and then stabled the paper into them.

I made these for my sister in law whose bday is tommorow and I was informed of her bday just earlier today...*sigh* Men! wait to the last minute to tell you stuff!

I added the little crystal studs to the center of them as well.
