Gather your materials.
White felt, red felt, and black thread. -

Cut out a red heart, and a white square.
Sew the heart onto the square with a running stitch, and sew along the edges of the square with a running stitch

Attach a jump ring (I made a hole in the corner with a sewing needle) and a chain, and....
WAH-LA! You're done! Too easy, huh? Hahaa, took me about 10 minutes.
