Simple lolita skirt

Hi, this How-to will show you how to make a simple Lolita Skirt. you can cut the skirt directly onto your fabric, it is basicly a big square, gathered at the waist. The width of your fabric will be used for the width of you skirt. If you have any questions feel free to ask ^-^

Measurements needed:

-waist +1 inch easing
-waist to knee
-frill width + length (as you wish, as long as finished length match bottom of the skirt)
- skirt length = waist to knee - frill width.
-skirt width= between 2 and 3 meters, depending on fabric weight (use width of fabric)
