materials you will definitely need:
-fabric, whatever texture u are seeking from your tail. i chose a velvety black fabric for the top, and faux-fur for the bottom
-thread- strong thread is preferable
-wire- thick but bendable, but not too soft
-needle

You Will Need

Step 1kay, so, cut out the desired shape of your tail...

Step 2sew them together, outside of the fabric facing in... leave the top end open
-
Step 3make an armature for the tail... heres mine from the side....

Step 4and here it from the top view...

Step 5now take you newly sewn fabric... and flip it inside out...

Step 6and then slip it on to the armature, through the hole you left..
note: you will need to alter the armature to fit it through the hole, dont worry, because you can alter the armature as much as you like inside of the fabric until you fasten it to the armature.. use a needle and thread to do you best to secure the fabric to your liking... -
Step 7and here's the final product that im wearing.. :3 i hope i've done a good job of this tutorial, as i've never done one before ... lol be sure to show me how your guy's tail turns out! :3
