Step 1Heat oven 400/200 degrees
Combine the flour, sugar,baking powder, bicarbonate,salt & zest.

Step 2In a bowl combine lemon juice, egg, yogurt & butter.

Step 3Stir dry & wet ingredients together until just combined.

Step 4Pour into cases.
Bake for 20-24 mins until cooked through.
Cool completely.

Step 5combine the icing ingredients.
Stir to combine.
Add a little water if needed.

Step 6Spoon icing over Muffins.

Step 7Serve.
