Another very simple proposal, it is a beautiful lace earrings.

Start by cutting a piece of lace slightly larger than the button.
Wrap the fabric button and paste with glue or silicone, you can sew.
Glue the pin with glue.
I'ts simple, and are ready to show them off or give as gifts.
