Step 1Gather materials and plug in your glue gun.

Step 2Measure fringe alongside your boot.

Step 3Cut 2-3 strips of fringe per boot. You want a layered/extra fluffy fringe effect!

Step 4Prepare to glue fringe onto your boot. Make sure your boot is at a good angle so it's not too tough to glue it on!

Step 5Be careful with the hot glue! Also, keep a straight line! If you mess up, don't worry, fringe is funky and covers up most mistakes for you!

Step 6After gluing down the first piece of fringe, glue down the second piece about an inch above. This will give the fringe more body!

Step 7Fringe is on!

Step 8Now take 2 yards of chain and wrap around as much as you can. We used 2 yards on each boot, but it's up to you!

Step 9Now grab your garbage twistie tie, connect the two ending chain links. Loop it and twist it! Now cut off leftovers and fold into the loop.
