Based on I Heart Headbands! by maize hutton
I searched all over to find glitter hearts because I had to make this. I made my own headband out of T-shirt scraps (idea from 120 ways to transform a T). Thank you for posting this. This project made me very happy. (Astrid was less fond of wearing it but she looks so pretty in it)
