Step 1Coat the chicken in corn flour, salt & pepper.
Fry in a little oil.
Remove from pan.

Step 2Mix all sauce ingredients together.

Step 3Gently heat the sauce ingredients in the pan.
Boil to thicken.

Step 4Add chicken.
Coat & heat through.
