I wanted an elegant watch with a slight gothic touch that I could wear everyday with anything, and after looking for a long while, decided to make my own.
I used the french wire (which is actually a tube made from tiny coils of wire) to cover the stringing wire where it loops through the watch face because I didn't want any to be visible.
