Well!....I had this green summer skirt that didn't fit me and that I didn't want anymore... So i cut out strips and sewed them together to make a tube top! Then I sewed on black ribbon along the edges and down the middle. I took some hooks i had and stuck them on...and threaded some black ribbon down the middle. THEN i made a cut out of a heartagram..and painted over and around it!...it took some time but it was worth the work! :)
