I found the snake toggle clasps at Michaels, I can't remember the brand. The clasps definitely inspired the bracelet outright.

Step 1
Cut beading wire twice the length of your bracelet length (I usually do 15 inches). Fold in half, and put on one part of the toggle clasp. Crimp a crimp bead to keep it in place.
Arrange beads & bead spacers on your beading wire as you desire.
Put the other toggle at the end, and crimp into place.
