Happy tummy, happy life!
Kefir is a super-food because it is fermented and is considered probiotic, it can ease a troubled tummy! I make this for breakfast sometimes or when I want a healthy snack. Kefir has a creamy texture that is just so awesome for smoothies!

Yes it is I love the stuff it's really tangy the strawberries make it taste better. Kefir might help your stomach.

Is Kefir like yoghurt? It looks really nice and I'm always up for ideas to ease my stomach as I get IBS due to medication.
