Hair Clip Holder
A cute tidy for hair clips - keeps them in 1 place!

  • How to make a hair accessory holder. Hair Clip Holder - Step 1
    Step 1

    Cut a piece of felt (Doubled up) into the chosen letter or shape.
    Sew around the letter/shape in blanket stitch - I chose a contrasting cotton so it stood out.

    Pick your ribbon - ideally one that isn't thin and wont crease.
    Sew a button on to the end of the ribbon - this acts as a light weight to keep the ribbon straight when hanging.
    I chose to double this button up - so it was neat on both sides.

    Step 3

    Attach the ribbons to the felt letter - covering any joins with another button.
    1 to hang up and 1 to put the clips on.
    I'm sure this could have been done within the letter layers but I didn't choose to do it like that.

    Hang up and then add your hair clips!
