You Will Need
- strong Fabric Glue
- 1 piece of Felt
- 1 metal Hair Clip with flat base
- 1 pack loose Glitter in matching color
- 1 large Silk Flowers
- 1 cheap Paint Brush

1. use the paint brush to paint your fabric glue or decoupage glue onto the outside edges of your silk flower.

2. sprinkle on plenty of glitter [:

3. next, glue a small piece of felt to the bottom of your flower. this is where we will attach the hair clip.
allow to dry!

4. once completely dry, glue the flat base of your hair clip to the felt, and glue another piece of felt to the inside of the clip (looking at the photo will help you understand what I mean haha). this will keep the glue from sticking to the part of the hair clip that you actually open up to put in your hair!

5. allow to dry completely!
