Step 1Heat oven 350/175 degrees.
Heat together butter, chocolate & oil.

Step 2Whisk together the eggs & sugars until pale & ribbon stage.

Step 3Pour in the chocolate.
Stir to combine.

Step 4Add vanilla.
Mix together.

Step 5Fold in the flour, corn flour, cocoa & salt.

Step 6Pour into a tray.
Bake for 20 mins.

Step 7Remove from the oven & bang against the work top a few times.
Bake again for 18-20 mins.

Step 8Cut & serve.
