Step 1Gather your supplies.

Step 2Put several rubber bands around your candle holder. Put them at different angles and levels so your finished design is interesting.

Step 3Go outside to spray paint. Cover your work space with newspaper.

Step 4Put your vase on top of a cardboard box. This makes it easier to spray paint all over the candle holder. Spray paint your vase.
Let it dry.

Step 5Remove rubber bands.
Put in a battery-operated tea light and enjoy!
